How do I contact you with a general enquiry?

Downloading photos and/or illustrations
2. Add the images you wish to download to your shopping cart.
3. Checkout and pay via Paypal.
4. Once payment has been completed, you will receive an automated email, including a link where you can download the image/s. This link can only be used one time.
5. You can also download the image/s by clicking on the 'Your account' link at the top of the page when logged into the web site and clicking on the 'files' tab where the download link for each image will be stored for you.
6. Your purchased image downloads are available from your account for one month, after that time they expire.
What happens if something goes wrong?
Nothing will! But if anything goes wrong during the process, don't worry. Just email us at support@photosfordesigns.com and we will sort everything out for you.
Purchasing prints
All prints are poster sized enlargements at 16" x 12". All deliveries are sent via registered post, and are automatically insured up to a value of €150.

Value Added Tax (VAT) Rates
If your shipping address is in Ireland, the UK or any country listed as part of the European Union, you will be charged VAT on your purchases:
* File downloads of photos and illustrations = 21.5% VAT
* Physical prints and/or other printed merchandise = 21.5% VAT
* Commissioned custom photo and/or illustration prints = 13.5% VAT
If you have a valid registered VAT number, and your company is based in the E.U. you can avail of a VAT exemption. Contact us (support@photosfordesigns.com) with your username, and VAT number, once validated, you will recieve notification from us, and your next purchase will have 0% VAT added.
If your shipping address is outside of the E.U. you will not be charged any VAT on any of your purchases.
