You must download and replace these images with their high resolution version in the final work. Use of high resolution images are governed by the Image license agreement.

Photosfordesigns.com cannot be held liable for any losses or damages resulting from the inaccuracy of any information on the Website.
Termination
Both parties can terminate your membership account for any reason with a written notice and proof of identity. Upon termination Photosfordesigns.com removes all your details from the Website. You acknowledge that if your member account was terminated by Photosfordesigns.com because of copyright infringement or other kinds of serious - or even malicious - acts, you are liable to be prosecuted.
Refund policy
All sales and downloads are final.
You acknowledge that under no circumstances shall Photosfordesigns.com refund the money You spent on purchasing images You have in your account.
Photosfordesigns.com however agrees to refund your download payment if the Image You downloaded is defective. To notify Us about defective Images, please contact us via the on-line contact form. We do not refund your money if You downloaded the Image by mistake or if for some reason You will not able to use the Image after all.

Photosfordesigns.com collects some information about its users for statistical, billing and contact purposes. Photosfordesigns.com holds your data confidentially, it will not be sold to any third parties and it will not be seen by the public.
Indemnification
